Lower Injisuthi Cave to Centenary Hut

I have walked effectively between LIC and Centenary hut. I say effectively, because we started on the spur 30 minutes above LIC (having come from Hilton Pass). We went down from that ridge above LIC into the valley, crossed the river, went up a steep-steep bank and followed that ridge to link up with the contour path's most northern edge. There was a vague path after the river crossing and up the spur. From the northern most end of the contour path it was easy going and about 40 minutes to Centenary. I recall it was very tiring going up the steep bank after the river crossing, but not so bad once on the spur leading to the contour path. The bonus was we saw a big herd of eland on the southern side of the spur above LIC. They tend to hang out where there aren't any paths.
